Program Goals

Program Outcomes
We measure progress toward goals on a quarterly basis. Our case managers maintain the relevant data for each family which we then analyze and incorporate as part of case management strategy.
Homeless Family Shelter & Services - In 2024, served 24 families (73 individuals), including 46 children
Homelessness Prevention & Diversion - In 2024, served 94 families (241 individuals), including 145 children
