Vision, Mission & Values

Father Holding Baby

Our Vision

Creating a community where every family has a home and a future of promise.

Our Mission

To empower families, who are experiencing housing instability or homelessness, to build a sustainable foundation of independence through a continuum of support services.

Our Values

  • All people, especially children, should have safe, secure shelter.

  • Families struggling with homelessness should stay intact.

  • Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.

  • We are empowering families versus enabling families.

  • Respecting and serving homeless families regardless of life style, religious beliefs, or cultural values.

  • All guests, volunteers, staff and board members are responsible and accountable for their actions.

  • The faith community and partnering agencies are vital to the success of our program and the success of our families.

  • We have a responsibility to the community in which we serve.
