Keeping the Promise Sponsorship

As a Keeping the Promise Sponsor, you will join Family Promise of Butler County and other community leaders, business partners and Butler County citizens to help eradicate family homelessness. With the rising costs of housing and groceries, we ask for your help to be able to offer these kids, and their families, a hand up to move their lives toward greater independence. Together, we can ensure our doors stay open so that Family Promise of Butler County can continue to serve local families in crisis. Your sponsorship, or in-kind donation, will go directly to supporting our overall cause, ensuring all kids have a place to call home.

NEW this year - TABLE DECORATING CONTEST! Think "Trunk or Treat" but with tables! ALL Sponsors will have the option to decorate their table in a theme of their choosing-whether it's ghoulishly on-brand for their business or wildly whimsical from their imagination. Not feeling creative? No problem-we'll happily handle the haunting décor. Please let us know (via checkbox on Sponsorship form) if you would like to participate.

Keeping the Promise Sponsorship Levels:

 

Spooktacular (Event) Sponsor - $5,000

  • Logo placement prominently throughout the Event

  • Logo/Sponsorship Acknowledgment on social media and external communications, event program & signage

  • Table for 8* at Event including 16 drink tickets (2 per guest)

  • Full page listing in program and address the crowd at event

 

Harvest Host (Food) Sponsor - $3,500

  • Logo/Sponsorship Acknowledgment on social media and external communications, event program & signage

  • Table for 8* at Event including 16 drink tickets (2 per guest)

  • Half page listing in program and logo on table tents

 

Wickedly Wonderful (Venue) Sponsor - $2,000

  • Logo/Sponsorship Acknowledgment on social media and external communications, event program & signage

  • Table for 8* at Event including 16 drink tickets (2 per guest)

  • Quarter page listing in program

 

Trunk or Treat (Table) Sponsor - $750

  • Logo/Sponsorship Acknowledgment on social media and external communications, event program & signage

  • Table for 8* at Event including 16 drink tickets (2 per guest)
